Welcome to my website. Of which there are about a billion on the internet – so I’m so glad you've found mine!

My name is Olivia Martyn and I am a London-based marketeer, entrepreneur and creative. I’ve run my own start-up, grown others’ and helped big corporates behave like them. My work has been seen in The Times, The Daily Mail, and The Independent to name a few.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, travelling, shopping, and drinking lots of coffee. I also love buying and selling on eBay.

If you are looking to work with me, or just want to say hi, then please do get in touch at:

Throughout my teens I was a passionate eBay seller - buying and selling vintage items online. It was this which led me to be one of 30 out of over 1000 applicants to be selected onto the prestigious New Entrepreneurs Foundation programme. I joined to develop my entrepreneurial skills to start my own business. It was here I launched my own start-up, Olive Cooper - a London based luxury handbag brand for women who wanted something a little bit different. We manufactured all of our products in London and Somerset, selling online via our website, and in a number of UK stockists and popups (including a Tom Dixon pop-up in Selfridges). In just under 2-years, Olive Cooper was sold as far afield as the US, Australia and China, seen in every national paper in the UK, and was worn and loved by many influencers and influential celebrities.

It was a hard decision to close the business, which was growing beyond expectation - but with the same entrepreneurial passion I moved forward and consulted a variety of other retail start-ups in the UK, as well as some recognised brands who were exploring their growth potential. I went on to lead brand growth at baby wear start-up based in London, where I transformed the business to the loved lifestyle brand it is today, and went on to join the disruptive innovation team at Unilever working on the relaunch of their female fragrance category.

Fast forward, I am now leading brand in the growth team at the renowned Founders Factory where I help to shape the brand and marketing strategy for start-ups across the portfolio.
